    Tools required for correct operation:

     Stamping machine with punching force above 1T

     A hammer made of copper

    A utility blade, just sharp enough

     A bundle of 5.6-6.0MM diameter lead

     A scale with an accuracy of 0.001 grams

    This mold is not a casting mold, but a stamping type mold. It has a very high hardness, reaching 55HRC, and we use 440C stainless steel, which is difficult to rust.

     We also use a mirror surface grinder to process the mold plane. As you can see, it is almost a mirror, and the flatness reaches +0.002MM, and more often it is 0

    We use ultra-high manufacturing technology, Makino IQ500 five-axis precision carving to create pellet holes.

       If you use the mold correctly, it can last almost a lifetime.

        The manufacturing tolerance of each pellet reaches 0.01MM, and it has very good coaxiality, and the weight error is almost negligible.

     You can ignore the effects of pellet mass at long distances.

     The pellets we designed have withstood the test of the market and have a very high accuracy, which is higher than the pellets you can buy on the market.

   The unique design allows you to easily remove excess lead with just one finger.

    You need to buy a stamping machine with a stamping force of more than 1T,a utility blade, 

and a bundle of lead suitable for the diameter of your pellets molds. 

In special cases, you can use a hammer made of copper to replace the stamping machine.  

However, using a hammer may cause the punch to break, so you need to bear this risk.
